Short version: what you send through the form comes to us, Systems. by BAD FORM, so we can get back to you. Nothing else happens to it.

What we collect

What you type into the form: your name, business, phone or email, and your message. The site is hosted on Northflank, which keeps standard server logs, including your IP address. To stop spam, the form keeps a short-lived count of sends from each address in memory. It isn't stored anywhere.

Why

To reply to your enquiry. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

The form emails your enquiry to our inbox through Resend, an email service whose servers may be outside Australia. If that doesn't work, the form offers to send it from your own email instead.

Seeing, fixing or deleting it

Email us at hi@bad-form.pro and we'll show you what we have, correct it, or delete it. We'll reply within two working days.
